Unfortunately, 2020 passed without a single major watch exhibition. Exhibitions are extremely important events for an independent watchmaker, offering the chance to communicate with clients, the media, and collectors, to show new releases and existing collections, to share plans and insights, and to feel the pulse of the industry. We are all trying to overcome the difficulties presented to us in connection with the pandemic, organising communication and business through the internet and social media. However, direct, live communication is undoubtedly more interesting, informative, pleasant and productive. With that in mind, Russian independent watchmaker Konstantin Chaykin has this year decided to take advantage of every opportunity that comes up. As of now, the organisers of two watch exhibitions have found the opportunity to return to the tried and tested ‘live’ format, supplemented of course by various opportunities to follow events online. These are the Geneva Watch Days exhibition, which runs from 30th August to 3rd September in Geneva (Switzerland), and Dubai Watch Week, taking place in November in Dubai (UAE). Konstantin Chaykin invites you to visit the brand’s stand from 30th August to 3rd September 2021, at the Beau-Rivage Genève Hotel (13 Quai du Mont-Blanc, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland).
