At KC Manufacturing LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the exact same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that art reproductions by Konstantin Chaykin are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Change of Mind & Sizing Issues
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or simply do not like the item, you may return it within the 7-day window.
- Clothing: Clothing items may be returned if the size does not fit.
- Shipping Costs: In cases of change of mind or sizing issues, the return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In such cases, KC Manufacturing LLC will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. * Please allow for up to 10 to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
